Aviana Sanchez

Owner / Artistic Director
Aviana Sanchez began her training at the age of 3 years old under the direction of Terry Schulke and Just Plain Dancin, a nationally ranked studio. Aviana went on to compete nationwide with her studio starting at the age of 5 and has been in the industry ever since. At a young age, Aviana signed with a talent agency where she worked numerous events including competing on Star Search, becoming a sparks kid, appearing in numerous music videos, and performing with the Lakers girls. Aviana went on to star in dance technique films created by some of the industries finest choreographers. At the age of 15, Aviana started her teaching career. Aviana has traveled the U.S choreographing for numerous studios and dance teams. At age 18, Aviana was scouted to be a cheer instructor and judge for Universal Cheer Association. She spent the next two years traveling the country teaching at numerous high schools and college camps as well as judging countless competitions all while continuing her teaching education in hopes to one day live out her dream of owning her own studio. In the last few years Aviana has won numerous choreography awards, leading her most recent studio of young ladies to 6 National Championships and 2 Grand National Championships culminating in her being named choreographer of the year at KAR Nationals in 2015. Dance is Aviana's passion and sharing that passion with her dancers is what drives her! Aviana is finally living out her dream. ADP is the next step in her young yet decorated dance career. She looks forward to building the studio she has always dreamed of and sharing her love and passion for dance with her family of students!

Holly Malloy

Office Manager
Holly Malloy is the Office Manager at ADP Dance. After many years in advertising sales, banquet coordination, and banquet sales, Holly had the opportunity to enter the dance world 7 years ago and jumped at the chance. The past 7 years have been a successful one! Holly has managed and operated every fascit of a dance studio in the past 7 years becoming a master at her craft. Running a studio of 200+ students the past 7 years there is no task big or small that Mrs. Holly cannot handle. A wife and mother of two at home, Holly is the mother of many here at ADP. The children love their Mrs. Holly.  Her love and respect for those children and their families makes her a perfect fit here at ADP Dance. Holly is excited to begin this new chapter with Aviana Sanchez and call ADP Dance her new home. “ I feel very blessed to have met and become close with Aviana Sanchez. She is a very caring and hardworking person that puts her heart and soul into her students."  Holly's passion for her career is obvious and her ultimate goal is helping children and families find a place that they call their dance home!

Anthony Flores

Dance Instructor
A California native, Anthony Flores began dancing and gymnastics at the mere age of 8. His training consists of Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Ballet, Tap and Hip Hop styles. During his early years he began as a competitive dancer for the award winning studio Just Plain Dancin' & Co. under the instruction of Terry Schulke & Mandy Schulke-Rodgers. Anthony has been awarded multiple high-point awards at numerous competitions as a solo and team dancer. As his teen years drew near, other professional opportunities arose which led him to continue his training at the Rage Dance complex studying under Tiffany Burton in Los Angeles. After being signed with Clear Talent Group in 2005, his agent offered him many jobs within TV such as "Dance Revolution" on CBS, various commercials and an appearance on "So You Think You Can Dance Season 6". After spending many years in LA, he returned to his roots of competition and finished off his final years in the competition circuit at Cutting Edge Dance Center with Patrice Barakat and Mark Meismer. During his years at CEDC, Anthony was also involved in various dance conventions, where he received instruction under notables such as Travis Wall, Ray Leeper and Mia Michaels. Anthony developed a love for teaching and choreographing and has been teaching since 2008. Anthony has worked with multiple high school dance teams and studio's in Southern California from LA to San Diego. The past two years Anthony has traveled the world dancing for Norwegian Cruise Line. Today his love for dance has him back in California and he feels very grateful to be apart of this loving ADP Family, where he is now proud to call his dance home.

Addie Nelson

Dance Instructor
Addie has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She received her early training at Inspirations Performing Arts Center under the direction of Julie Rhoton and Orange County Performing Arts Academy under the direction of Rachel Miller. She has traveled the United States assisting the faculty of Tremaine Dance Conventions and has had the opportunity to perform for Nigel Lythgo, Ann Margret, Debbie Allen, and Kenny Ortega just to name a few. She has performed with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater at the Music Center in Los Angeles. She can be seen in TV shows on ABC Family, NBC, and CBS. Just recently she performed in Sabrina Phillips piece at Choreographers Carnival and is a part of Chehon Wespi-Tschopp I AM FORCE Company. She is represented by one of LA's top dance agencies McDonald Selznick Associates.
