Studio Policies



Registration Fee

There will be a $25.00 registration fee due per dancer at time of enrollment at Avi's Dance Project. If for any reason, a dancer needs to leave to studio for more then 90 days, you will be required to re-enroll.

Monthly Tuition

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, and is to be paid in full. Past due balances must be paid in full before any dancer can attend class.

• Payment is due by the10th of the month or a $10 late fee will be assessed

• Tuition costs are the same per month, regardless of weeks in a month.

• Form of payment accepted: checks, cash, VISA, M/C Discover, and Debit

If you register & enroll for dance classes after the 1st of the month, tuition will be pro-rated.

Leaving Early

Please inform the teacher or front office if your dancer has to leave class early prior to class starting.

Injuries

ADP is not responsible for any injuries within the studio, supervised or unsupervised.

Facility

All children, students and siblings, must be supervised at all times. Please, do not open the classroom doors

Property

ADP is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Behavior

Dancers are expected to be respectful at all times to teachers, staff, and fellow dancers. A parent will be notified if a dancer is not in compliance with this policy. All students must be in good standing with their school district. Any student who is expelled or suspended from school will not be allowed to take classes at the studio.



Assessments/Evaluations

Students will be assessed and evaluated by their class teachers for promotions, and will be notified when they are ready to move to the next level of training. You may request an assessment of a dancer for any class offered for $10.00 per request. You must obtain the correct paperwork from the front desk. This does not guarantee placement in a higher level class.

Classes (Adding/Dropping)

To add or drop a class, you must notify the front desk and fill out the correct paperwork. If this changes your cost in tuition, any money owed is also due the date of change. Places will not be held for dancers in any class. If you choose to drop a class, and decide to add it at a later date and there is no space, you be added to a waitlist until space is available.

Make-Up Classes

Make-up classes are available for any class that is missed that tuition has been paid for. You must fill out the correct paperwork at the front desk and turn it in to the teacher of the make-up class you wish to take. A dancer is allowed to take a make-up class in the same level or level below within 30 days.
